Our vehicle stock lists are available on our website at www.motorworlddirect.com. Faxed or emailed lists will be sent at your request. We'll be more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding the vehicles on our list. Also, please keep in mind that we upload new stock on a daily basis.
Yes sure, due to vast network for sourcing vehicles we can meet most of our customers' needs. Please contact us to receive our special request form, or also fill in your request online. Please note that an advanced deposit may be required depending on your request.
Because our vehicles are in HIGH demand, we have adopted a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS, which means that we will give priority of ownership to the first FULL paying client. The customer we receive the money from first gets the vehicle, however we will provide a similar car of the same or better quality as a replacement.
We have many cars in stock at the lowest prices in the industry and our vehicles tend to sell very quickly; however we do offer discounts under the following circumstances mentioned below.

Prior to being shipped the vehicle has already under gone at least three rigorous inspections and these cases are very rare, however as we pride our selves on the Price and Quality of our vehicles please contact us and we will promptly assist you as best as possible.
Insurance cover is from PORT to PORT, and will cover your vehicle for the following:
Insurance is applicable from the time of delivery of your vehicle from our stock yard to the ship's side, up until the time it passes the ship's rails when unloaded at the port at destination.

We export to any country that allows the importation of new or used vehicles. Some countries do have restrictions on the vehicles that can be imported, we recommend you contact your local customs department for up to date changes of import regulations of new or used vehicles.
Giving us your full physical address is a requirement requested by shipping and courier companies. Please note that any discrepancies in your addressing information may incur delays in final shipment of your vehicle(s) and could lead to charges when claiming your vehicle from customs in the port of destination.
After the full payment of your vehicle, MotorWorld shipping staff will book your vehicle for priority shipping. After receiving confirmation of shipping from the shipping companies, we will send your shipping documents to the 'notify' address you wrote during the ordering process detailing the estimated date of arrival to your port.
FOB stands for Free On Board, which is the vehicle purchase price plus the cost of processing.
C&F stands for Cost and Freight, which is the vehicle purchase price, the cost of processing and cost of freight.
CIF stands for Cost, Insurance and Freight, which is the vehicle purchase price, the cost of processing, cost of insurance and cost of freight.
You should consult with a local clearing/customs agent for assistance with clearing your vehicle from your local port. Comparing services and prices with two or three agents in your local area is recommended.
MotorWorld will send both the customs invoice as well as the bill of lading, other documents may be required, however this depends on local restrictions and country regulations. Please contact your preferred clearing agent for more details.If you would like to have your OWN prefered clearing agent PLEASE advise us the full addressing details before we begin the shipping and customs process procedure.
Shipment process starts after receipt of FULL PAYMENT & AFTER COMPLETION of any required Inspections (eg: JAAI, JEVIC, Intertek etc). Please allow a few weeks for inspection process.
Be assured that we will do our best to ship your vehicle on the earliest available vessel.
RORO shipments are only available at certain time in the month, depending on Port of Destination & other circumstances. Some destinations may not have regular RORO shipment.
Therefore an alternative ports or container shipment may be proposed for consideration.
In the event of any unforeseen shipment delays or circumstances beyond our control, your kind understanding & co-operation is very much appreciated.
Please note that payment instructions appear on our Proforma Invoices. Payment via Telegraphic transfer direct to our bank account as indicted on the Proforma invoice is the fastest and most reliable method and HIGHLY recommended.
Please note that each Proforma Invoice issued by MotorWorld the Bank Account number will change, because we are using virtual accounts; so please ensure you send funds to the account number stated on your specific Proforma Invoice.
We can also accept payment via Western Union.
Also we do accept cheques however be aware they take 4 to 6 weeks to clear and we will not allocate vehicles whilst waiting for funds to clear, this will consequently result in delays. We are not liable or take any responsibility for loses of cheques and monies sent via mail.
We do accept letter of credit but please note there will be extra fees charged for this payment procedure, and possible delays due to then extra time and effort required.
Placing an order and receiving a Proforma Invoice (including freight) from MotorWorld is very easy.
Select the list of the type of vehicle you are searching for from the stock list. The lists can be arranged in order of make, model, chassis, year, etc., as you prefer by clicking on the description titles of the heading. You are also able to do an advanced search for specific stock here. Once you find the vehicle of your choice click on 'Order this vehicle' and complete the online order application, or use the printable version to fax your order. We will send you an invoice for your immediate payment. The invoice includes all costs (vehicle price, freight, insurance and radio (if selected)).
Once we have the full payment, we will arrange shipment of your vehicle. After shipping confirmation is confirmed by the shipping companies, shipping documents (customs invoice, bill of lading, and shipping notice) will be sent to you via courier.
During the whole process you will be constantly informed of the status of your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Full payment of the Proforma Invoice is required for the vehicle to be taken off of the website. Also please keep in mind that our vehicles are sold in 'first come, first serve' basis.

After remitting the funds, please send a clear copy of the transfer receipt with the details of the sender, money transfer control number, amount, and city/country where remitted from by fax or e-mail.
The freight charge can be paid at any time, however keep in mind that our vehicles are not considered sold until the Proforma Invoice is paid in FULL (including freight).
No, our bank does not deduct any extra charges to the transfer of money to our account via T.T. It is possible that intermediary banks deduct charges from the payment. Please inquire about the routing of their payment from their local bank and add the appropriate amount to cover those fees.
We do not provide refunds.
Yes, customers may request for the order to be canceled upon receipt of payment, due to any shipment delays, double sold or any other circumstances beyond our control.
However, there will be no refunds. Customers may choose an alternative vehicle or keep the funds with MotorWorld Direct for future purchase.
When you car has been double sold, we will provide you an alternative of providing you an equal value or better car and with the best possible discount. We will hold the alternative car selected up to 5 business days as soon as you have sent us the attached copy of the bank receipt.
However, if you like to cancel your order after being double sold, please note that there will be no refund.
There would be no refund available. We would strongly urge customers to use the overpaid amount for their next purchase.
